Cross Country

Requirements to participate:

  • Online Registration:
    • You must complete online registration in order to participate in DMPS athletics.  If you have already registered for athletics during online school registration, then you DO NOT need to fill this form out.
    • Register Here
    • Contact Hoyt’s Student Engagement Coordinator (matthew.bjork@dmschools.org) to check your student’s registration status.
  • Physical Exam:
    • A current physical exam is required to participate for all middle school and high school sports.
  • Participation Fees:
    • $15 for each sport

    • August 30 – October 12

Practice:

    • Practices will be held:
      • At Hiatt Middle School (Hoyt students will take a shuttle to Hiatt and dress there)
      • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday after school from 3:45 until 5:00
      • Please plan to have your student picked up no later than 5:10 Pick-up students at Hiatt MS (front circle drive by the flagpole)
      • If your student can’t make it to practice, have them message the coaches via e-mail or on Teams.
